You would understand this:
I have tried for years to get my husband to let me paint "so much depends" on our wheelbarrow. Yes, it's red. No, we have no white chickens.
He doesn't get it.
That's one of the great things about working with other English majors - they get all the weird little things that pop into your head.
I first learned about WCW in Berwyn's class. I'm so grateful she introduced me to so many great poets.
