Sigh
I'm pretty sure I'm hypothyroid again. I haven't been able to get in teh balanced range since my surgery. Am I doomed to either having a pulse rate over 100 (not even remotely healthy) or to being incredibly fatigued all the time?
Sigh.
Blatherings from my mind, because after all, "How do I know what I think till I see what I say?"

Hi, I have the same problem with my pulse. I found research that says the more thyroid hormone you take, the more receptors there are on your heart. In other words, your heart becomes more and more sensitive to the medicine. I take propranalol and that helps alot. Also, you may have adrenal fatigue and need to take isocort and adrenal supplements (google James Wilson adrenal fatigue)--that's all over the counter stuff. Also, look up low-dose naltrexone. It helps me a bit.
