We dodged a little bit of a bullet here in Louisiana. Gustav will still be a Cat. 3, but it apparently picked up some dry air on its way to the coast, which caused it to be a little less organized. That's a good thing.
In Baton Rouge, it looks like we won't get any hurricane force winds. We are expecting tropical storm force winds, though, for about 12-18 hours starting sometime this morning, and we are still expecting around 10 inches of rain. We are on the bad side of the storm for that.
